Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Commercial & Strategy will lead the charge in creating and implementing commercial models, identifying new revenue streams, and guiding the company\'s strategic direction. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of a leading healthcare provider in a rapidly evolving market.Responsibilities:
- Commercial Leadership: Oversee bid/tender management, pricing strategies, and feasibility analysis to foster business growth.
- Growth Initiatives: Identify and prioritize expansion opportunities, including new services and operational models.
- Revenue Strategy: Develop new revenue streams and commercial frameworks, transitioning them smoothly to operational teams.
- Innovation: Champion the company\'s innovation agenda, maintaining a competitive edge within the industry.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with operational leaders to align strategic goals and execution.
- 8-10 years of experience in a senior strategic or commercial role, ideally within the UAE healthcare or related sector.
- Proven experience in bid/tender management, pricing strategy, and identifying growth initiatives.
- Strong background in developing commercial models and launching new revenue streams.
- Demonstrated financial and leadership skills.
- Preferred background with Big 4 consulting experience or equivalent.
