Our client, a Startup Marketing Agency in Dubai is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Client Services to join their innovative agency and play a pivotal role in their global disruption journey. The ideal candidate will bring toughly 10 years of extensive experience in client services and account management within the marketing and advertising industry with at least 5 years Middle East Agency experience. This individual must possess strong line management skills and demonstrate a hunger and passion for contributing to the growth of a startup agency.
The Head of Client Services will be the second in command within the agency, acting as the eyes and ears on the ground in Dubai as the CEO is based in the UK. A strong people person and leader, this individual will be responsible for establishing strong client relationships and fostering a positive internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Agency Growth:
- Drive agency growth by expanding existing client relationships, making them more profitable.
- Support recruitment efforts and contribute to winning new business.
2. Client Satisfaction:
- Ensure high levels of satisfaction among existing clients through effective communication and relationship management.
3. Client Retention:
- Develop strategies to retain existing clients and minimize churn.
4. Operational Efficiency:
- Streamline internal agency processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maximize the profitability of agency resources.
5. Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide strong leadership to the client services team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in client services/account management in marketing/advertising agencies.
- Proven track record of successful line management.
- Experience working in the Middle East market.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to agency growth and client satisfaction.
