In this role, you will manage, lead and coach the Cargo product specialist managers to drive the commercial focus on premium products - SAFEGUARD/Armaguard JV, Temperature Control - Pharmaceuticals, FAST-TRACK, COURIER/BWW, AVI, Mail and Equine through identifying new market opportunities to deliver the annual commercial sales target.Accountabilities:- Oversee development and implementation of a portfolio of cargo products and ensure delivery of budgeted revenues. - Develop the capabilities of these special products to the Cargo Sales force and implement effectively across the network, working independently but collaboratively with both Commercial Sales team and Operations Handling team. - Manage and leading the product team in conducting the business development studies including market intelligence and other information from market data in order to support the commercial team with business opportunities and competitive analysis within the Products market. - Define the product features after research and developing a commercial & operational handling strategy plan, coordinating with all key stakeholders as well as defined customers. - Manage the product team in developing premium plans and sales forecasts in conjunction with Regional Managers, Area Sales Managers, Country Managers and GSA\'s to deliver the annual business and revenue plan for the network. - Liaise with Network and HUB Handling team to ensure all special products are handled across the network in line with defined contractual expectations and obligations. - Manage and ensure current premium products are Aligned with our Equity Business Alliance Partners. - Manage and oversee the (BWW) Bridges Worldwide GSA from a commercial/strategic prospective across the nominated EY network.Requirements: Education & Requirements:- Bachelor\'s degree in Commercial/Business/Economics or similar discipline - MBA in Business or Logistics - 10 years working experience with a reputable airline years in a senior role, - Proven track of success in business development, achieving sales targets and management of service providers - demonstrated ability to interact effectively in both customer, supplier & handling environment at all levels - Proven experience in managing large projectsAbout Etihad AirwaysEtihad Airways, the national airline of the UAE, was formed in 2003 and quickly went on to become one of the world\'s leading airlines.
