While experience in the IB Diploma programmes is preferred, outstanding Career Counsellors from any curriculum background are encouraged to apply. Skills

• A genuine passion for working in a non-selective and culturally diverse community is also a key requirement.
• A certified professional qualification at degree level, such as BA, BS or equivalent specialism in Counselling
• A minimum of 4 years experience as a School/Career Counsellor, ideally within an IB curriculum school, however, this is not mandatory
• The experience, personality and educational philosophy to continue to drive the education agenda, catering for students from over 100 countries
