Qualifications:

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive performance improvements.
• Proficient in CRM software and call center management tools.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
