It offers complete after Sales Services and provides innovative transport solutions.Job PurposeThe Head of Sales main task is to work on an expansion strategy that includes current and future brands, products and markets. Control and coordinate overall activities of Sales Department by leading the growth strategy, driving sales performance and expansion of products and brands while ensuring higher customer satisfaction as per principle guided standard. Coordinate with marketing department to implement marketing initiatives to capture market potential in order to maximize business revenue and to achieve business objectives To communicate and coordinate with different manufacturer (OEMs), principals, and also assumes Profit & Loss responsibility for the department ensuring targets and objectives are achievedJob Responsibilities
Prepare the annual business plan for sales department for all brands under United Diesel and distribute the target among the existing brands to ensure each brand will achieve its potential market share and GP
Lead the sales department sales strategy between to the brands to minimize the internal competition and ensure continuous increase of each brand
Assign the annual targets to respective brands and work with Sales Manager/Brand Manager and their team to monitor continuously and take necessary proactive action in case of lags
Set the marketing strategy with marketing department for each brand and manage the marketing plan
Set the strategy of resource and manpower required for each brand to meet with the business splan
Develop or review and implement all processes in Sales Department. Monitor the process performance, revise, and record periodically
Manager healthy units stock of each brand and align it with the business plan
Take a lead in liaising and finalizing Key Account and Tenders
Coordinate with all existing principals to set the sales strategy, introduce their new products and technology to meet the market needs
Work with Principal product managers to develop product specs for existing and new market segments
Explore and set business case for new products, segments, manufacturer to expand UD business in UAE and other markets.
Establish and manage Used units department and coordinate with different stakeholders to create the full SOPs and supply chain
Resolve escalated customer complaints and implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence. Take initiative to manage key accounts
Coordinate with Aftersales department to ensure high customer satisfaction and create the value and commercial crew approach
Coordinate with Aftersales department to set strategy for service and maintenance contracts as well as parts campaign, warranty and product issues and uptime of the fleet to increase aftermarket business
Coordinate with principals, GHR and competence manager to ensure all sales team are equipped and receive the necessary training and ensure they have right technical knowledge required
Plan and supervise the sales manager/brand manager to implement a continuous talent management and monitor the sales team performance
Job RequirementsQualifications
Bachelor Degree preferably mechanical or Automobile engineer or Business Management
Experience
Min of 15 Years of CV sales experience with at least 5 years of Sales Management experience
Knowledge & Skills
Technical knowledge - Deep knowledge of Commercial Vehicles technical specifications
Administration and Management - Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources
Financials - Decent knowledge and experience of P&L management and Budget planning
