We are excited to announce the opening of our new VVIP terminal facility at Sharjah International Airport in Q2 2025, marking a significant investment in our growth and commitment to providing exceptional services to our clients.We are seeking an experienced and versatile Head of Client Engagement for the MEA region to drive our business and client development, with a particular focus on our new facility at Sharjah. This role is crucial in expanding our market presence, developing new business opportunities, and fostering long-term client relationships across our range of services, particularly in Aircraft Management and FBO services./ Key Responsibilities:Business Development and Sales
Drive growth in Aircraft Management and FBO services within the designated territory
Identify and pursue opportunities across the Middle East to bring new aircraft under management, both privately and onto our AOCs
Develop compelling proposal materials for aircraft management prospects
Drive and achieve a high volume of hangar sales to the organization\'s FBO/VIP terminal facility
Produce an active pipeline, engaging and qualifying targeted leads, and converting them into clients
Generate new leads, write proposals, and close contracts for aircraft management and FBO services
Analyse market dynamics and competitive positioning to develop effective sales campaigns and market penetration plans
Collaborate with the Managing Directors to create and implement strategies for business expansion and growth
Respond to client enquiries in a timely, professional manner
Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong customer relationships with prospective clients and their private offices
Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including aircraft brokers, operators, ground operations, trip support providers, and pilots
Focus on client retention by cultivating long-term relationships, leveraging Gama\'s strong track record in this area
Strategic Planning and Marketing
Initiate and lead marketing initiatives and partnerships that will support growth
Contribute to the medium to long-term business development strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets
Identify opportunities in other sectors for business expansion
Oversee the introduction of new partnerships with relevant stakeholders
Enhance company visibility by networking and attending industry events in the Middle East and overseas
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with other business units to identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities
Collaborate with business unit leaders to expand the role\'s impact across the group
Qualifications and Skills
Extensive sales and/or business development experience within Business Aviation, FBO, and Aircraft Management - particularly in the Middle East
Results-driven and customer-focused individual
Strong negotiating and influencing skills
High level of business and financial competence, with an understanding of the impact of negotiating measures against opportunity profitability
Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders, clients, and group departments, both internally and externally
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Independent, self-motivated, and committed to achieving goals
In-depth knowledge of the Middle East aviation market
Proven ability to develop and close high-value contracts
Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and develop growth plans
Fluency in English; additional languages (particularly Arabic) are highly advantageous
