Head of Business Development - Bridgepoint Consulting

We are seeking an experienced Head of Business Development to drive revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and operational efficiency. This role requires expertise in sales, market expansion, and regulatory compliance, particularly within the real estate and consulting sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue

new business opportunities

to meet and exceed revenue targets. Develop and implement

business development and sales strategies

to expand market reach. Build and maintain strong relationships with

clients, partners, and key stakeholders

. Oversee

daily operations, budget management, and resource allocation

to ensure efficiency. Ensure compliance with

RERA and Escrow regulations

while actively influencing policy outcomes. Lead, mentor, and manage

high-performing teams

to drive business success. Provide

reports and strategic insights

to the executive team to support decision-making.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Business Administration, Marketing, Finance,

or a related field. Minimum

8-10 years

of experience in

business development, sales, or operations

. Proven track record of

driving revenue growth and securing strategic partnerships

. Strong knowledge of

real estate regulations, RERA, and escrow management

. Excellent

leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management

skills. Experience in

financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation

. Strong

market research and analytical skills

to identify growth opportunities.
