Our services include creative digital campaigns, social media marketing, influencer marketing, media buying, and performance marketing. As we scale, we're looking for an ambitious and strategic

Head of Business Development

to lead our expansion and grow our client base in the

automotive sector

while deepening our existing industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute a business growth strategy

to expand our client base across the automotive industry and into new verticals. Identify, approach, and close potential clients, agencies, and strategic partners. Lead the full sales cycle -- from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within automotive companies, dealerships, and other target industries. Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to refine our service offerings and approach. Collaborate with the internal marketing, creative, and performance teams to create tailored proposals and pitches that align with client goals. Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. Set, track, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Recruit, train, and manage a growing business development team as the agency scales.

Requirements:



Proven experience (8+ years) in business development or sales in digital marketing, advertising, or media agency environments. Strong network and experience working with

automotive brands

is a

must

. Ability to identify new markets and business opportunities and possess a hunter mentality. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. Result-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.

Preferred Qualifications:



Existing relationships in

automotive

sector. Knowledge of digital marketing trends, paid media, social media platforms, and influencer marketing.

Arabic & English

communication proficiency Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
