Responsibilities:Prospect and develop a business pipeline by identifying and cultivating relationships with potential partners and referral sources.Source new potential Business partners, new alliances and/or joint ventures across multiple deal archetypes that can significantly create new monetization opportunities.Design and manages partner programs, including responding to requests from potential partners, evaluating partnership opportunities and concluding partnership deals.Develop and implement an effective Group Growth Strategy that aligns with the company's broader business goals. Evaluate new opportunities with partners, provide strategic direction, and secure buy-ins from various internal organizations.Define and execute deals; negotiate large, multifaceted agreements.Collaborate closely with partners to enhance the strategic and financial value of each partnership.Maintain executive-level business relationships with key partners.Required Skills:Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is preferred.10+ years of professional business development, partnership, or other related experiences.Skilled in using financial modeling tools, market research platforms, and project management software.Knowledge of international and regional markets in private equity and real estate.Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguityAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.Experience with establishing and maintaining C-level relationships at partner companies.
