The Role

The Head of Business development is to lead the co-ordination of the Business Development team, in accordance with the company's specific focus and service objectives. Key Responsibilities: o Business Development o FM Events/Magazines o General Management o Staff Management o Finance Management o HSEQ Management



Requirements

• University Degree qualified - Business orientation or University Degree - Technical o UAE Driving license o Minimum five (10) years business development experience operating within a fast moving environment o Demonstrated experience in working on multi service sales contracts o Experience in working with estimation and operations teams throughout the sales process o Business Development and marketing experience within a FM services environment o Minimum 5 years experience working within Dubai/UAE with demonstrable success o Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills o Negotiation, persuasive & organisational skills o IT literate and advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word o Good motivational and relationship building skills o Ability to deal with and manage cross-functional teams o Hands on experience working with ERP & CRM packages such as JD Edwards or AX or SAP etc.
