Role Description
The Senior Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving growth and fostering strategic partnerships within the cryptocurrency, banking, and financial industries. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through innovative solutions and services. This role involves leading the sales teams, including the Virtual Assets Institutions Sales Manager, the Corporate Banking Sales Manager, and the Private Banking Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the cryptocurrency, banking, and financial industries.
2. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to market.
• Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including cryptocurrency exchanges, banks, financial institutions, regulators, and industry influencers. Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and clients.
• Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to identify market needs and opportunities for product and service expansion. Work closely with the product development team to define and prioritize features and enhancements.
5. Sales Leadership: Lead sales efforts and negotiations with prospective clients and partners. Develop proposals, presentations, and contract agreements to secure new business opportunities and partnerships.

6. Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Monitor and evaluate performance metrics and KPIs to measure progress and success.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to cryptocurrency, banking, and financial services. Identify and mitigate risks associated with new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team, including the Virtual Assets Institutions Sales Manager, the Corporate Banking Sales Manager, and the Private Banking Sales Manager, to achieve individual and team targets.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Experience: Proven track record of success in business development and sales roles within the cryptocurrency, banking, or financial industries.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, traditional banking, and financial services.
• Network: Strong network of contacts and relationships within the cryptocurrency, banking, and financial industries.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Work Ethics: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving growth and innovation.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
