KAIZEN Asset Management Services, a leading property management firm in Dubai, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Head of Brokerage to join our expanding team. The Head of Brokerage will play a key role in driving our brokerage operations, overseeing all brokerage activities, and establishing a strong market presence.
As the Head of Brokerage, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading a team of brokers, and ensuring high standards of service are maintained throughout the brokerage process. Your leadership, industry knowledge, and interpersonal skills will be crucial in building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
### Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve brokerage revenue targets and enhance market presence.
• Lead and manage a team of brokers, providing ongoing training, mentorship, and performance evaluation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and other stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained throughout the brokerage process.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to develop effective marketing strategies for brokerage services.
• Prepare and present market reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards related to brokerage activities.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, legal changes, and best practices in brokerage operations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience in real estate brokerage, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment strategies, and brokerage operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform business decisions.
• Strong customer service orientation and track record of building client relationships.
• Proficient in using real estate brokerage software and CRM systems.
• Valid UAE real estate license and driver's license are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
