Position: Head of Architecture

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Architecture to lead our design team and oversee all architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the UAE market and regulatory framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the architectural team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
• Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other consultants to develop innovative design solutions that meet project objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate sustainable practices in our designs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 20+ years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a significant portion in the UAE.
• Proven experience leading large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions and successful project delivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and project management tools.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
