Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee all nursing activities within the aesthetic dermatology department.
Assist dermatologists and other healthcare providers with aesthetic procedures such as laser treatments, chemical peels, and injectables (e.g., Botox, fillers).
Assess patients\' skincare needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Educate patients about skincare products and procedures, including pre- and post-procedure care.
Manage the inventory of skincare products and medical supplies, and place orders as needed.
Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control policies and procedures.
Train and supervise nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and medical assistants.
Participate in staff recruitment, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
Stay informed about the latest developments in aesthetic dermatology treatments and techniques.
