Qualifications/Skills

Preferred experience in an ICU background or experience caring for long term ventilated patients.

Preferred knowledge with complex pediatric cases.

- Airway background and knowledge.

- Experience with ventilators, tracheostomies, and advanced wound care.

- IV cannulation skills.

- Experience in teaching, tracking staff processes, and clinical abilities.

- Experience in a Dubai home care setting- preferred.

240 hours per month, including weekends and potential mid/twilight shifts.

Additionally, we expect the senior nurses to supervise clinical practice of junior staff at the patient's bedside. This will mean completing 6-12-hour shifts to train and support the team.

Shifts will be 12 hours with 2 days off per week.

Responsibilities:

- Covering the clinical on-call phone during doctor off-duty hours. Working closely with the doctors to ensure clinical safety and quality is optimized.

Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

- Conducting audits and incident reports. Assisting with data collection and KPI's.

- Directly dealing with customers and addressing complaints.

- Additional Responsibilities:

- Completing administrative tasks such as incident reports, scheduling management, and supporting logistics team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
