This involves experimenting with different ingredients, flavors, and techniques to create a menu that sets your establishment apart from others.Responsible for training and supervising the bar team. This involves conducting training sessions to enhance their skills, ensuring consistency in drink preparation, and maintaining high-quality standards in beverage service.Design and update cocktail menu regularly. This includes curating a diverse selection of drinks that cater to different tastes and preferences, as well as considering seasonal variations and trends in the industry.Analyze the profitability of different drinks and their contribution.
