Position: Head Sales & Marketing

Location: Dubai

Industry: Retail

Experience: 12-15 years out of which latest 5 years minimum must be in a managerial position and in Marketing

- Must have sales background.

Roles & Responsibilities:

A graduate with in-depth knowledge of Retail industry

Well versed with Gulf markets and operations.

Should be in a position to build sales plans and monitor sales performance on a monthly basis.

Must be sales-oriented and have the ability to achieve sales targets along with the sales team.

Should flaunt computer skills and will be responsible for region presentations to management.

Will be responsible for Brand Management, Website, handling events, Digital Marketing, Promotions.

Define Sales Target

Should possess decision-making capacity and problem-solving technique.

Candidate is expected to be dynamic, able to generate higher revenues and volume, and capable of achieving sales targets.

Comfortable with flexible working hours and travel.

Fluent communication skills & client interaction. Advanced computer skills would be preferred. Dynamic go-getter personality.

Candidates working currently in Dubai and well versed in the UAE market only will be considered

Ability to lead a team. Must flaunt leadership qualities.

Open to Travel

Must have UAE driving license.

Pay: AED28,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
