Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract retail tenants, including anchor stores and specialty shops.
Develop leasing strategies to optimize the tenant mix and maximize rental income.
Identify potential tenants, conduct market research, and evaluate tenant mix to ensure diverse offerings in the mall.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to foster long-term occupancy.
Lease Negotiations:
Prepare, negotiate, and execute lease agreements in line with company objectives.
Handle lease renewals and extensions with existing tenants.
Analyse and negotiate lease terms and conditions, including rent, concessions, and incentives.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to stay ahead in retail leasing.
Analyze occupancy rates, traffic patterns, and retail sales trends to optimize tenant mix.
Stay informed about local laws, zoning, and development changes affecting leasing.
Financial & Operational Management:
Meet occupancy and revenue goals through effective lease management.
Manage leasing budgets, forecasts, and reports on leasing activity.
Monitor tenant compliance with lease terms and conditions.
Tenant Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants on leasing issues, operational matters, and complaints.

Ideal Profile
You have at least 15 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Retail and Luxury.
You are resourceful, driven, and are able to multi-task and manage store operations effectively.
You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
You have working knowledge of Tenant Leasing,, Lease Nogotiations, Market Research & Analysis, Financial & Operation Management, Tenant Relations, Sourcing new tenants, new fashion outlets, Lease renewals, Local laws awareness and Attract new outlets at mall
You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams

You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
