Job Title: Head Hunter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Head Hunter to join our HR consultancy team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top talent across various industries. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, excels in candidate assessment, and is skilled at developing lasting relationships with clients and candidates. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a strong ability to match candidates with our clients' unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source, identify, and engage top-tier talent for clients in various industries.
• Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies based on client requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, including in-depth interviews and skills assessments.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and actively maintain relationships with industry contacts.
• Coordinate and manage client interviews, provide detailed candidate evaluations, and negotiate employment offers.
• Collaborate with the HR consultancy team to understand client needs, improve processes, and ensure timely, high-quality placements.
• Stay current with industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in headhunting, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably within a consultancy environment.
• Strong understanding of various industries and roles to accurately match candidates to client needs.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools, databases, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
