Head Hostesses | Dubai | New Opening Ultra Luxury HotelWe are looking for an experienced HEAD HOSTESSES to join the team of new opening, ultra-luxury hotel in Dubai.Our client is one of the most seek employers in the UAE in the hospitality industry. Their hotels are an architecture pieces of art with Food and Beverage Departments often featured in Michelin and Gault et Millau food guides.IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The opening is planned for October 2024. Selected candidates will be required to join before October. Interviews process is immediate with job offers given if selected.Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with warmth, sophistication, and impeccable manners, setting the tone for an unforgettable dining journey.
• Oversee the seamless flow of reservations, ensuring optimal table management and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with restaurant management to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service delivery.
• Maintain a polished and welcoming ambiance, reflecting our commitment to luxury and attention to detail.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with grace and professionalism.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in the hostess area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Hostess in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment is essential.
• Exemplary communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• A passion for providing unparalleled hospitality with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, maintaining composure under pressure.
• Immaculate presentation and grooming reflective of our luxury brand.
• Familiarity with Michelin-rated standards and a commitment to excellence.
• Hospitality Qualification
• Clear criminal record
• Clear medical bill
• Passport valid at least 2 more years

Salary Package:

• Basic AED 8500 (60% basic, 40% accommodation and transport)
• Service charge approx. AED 1800
