The Job

We are looking for Head Hostess applicants for a fine-dining restaurant in Dubai Creek Harbor.

Responsibilities

• Reservation Management: Efficiently manage the reservation system, ensuring accurate bookings and optimal seating arrangements.
• Guest Reception: Extend a warm welcome to guests upon arrival, providing assistance and ensuring a positive first impression.
• Seating Coordination: Organize seating assignments and oversee table rotations to maximize restaurant capacity and guest satisfaction.
• Team Supervision: Provide guidance and supervision to hostess staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests professionally and promptly, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Administrative Support: Assist management with administrative tasks such as reservation management, compiling guest feedback, and generating reports.
• Ensuring Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, restaurant policies and procedures.
• Collaborative Communication: Maintain effective communication with servers, management, and other staff to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine-dining is a plus.
• Experience working as a Head Hostess in the U.A.E.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
