With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Head Hostess to join our Drift F&B team at One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai. With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort's success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service.




Key Duties and Responsibilities:


• Present oneself in a way that enhances guests overall experience, by adding life and energy to the outlet.
• Greet guests warmly, yet professionally.
• Assist guests at check in to direct them to the correct departments, when required.
• Show guests to their tables.
• Check on table return times and communicate information to the Manager.
• Check on free tables and communicate information to the Manager.
• Keep the reception area tidy according to the Hostess Checklist for duties.






Experience and Qualification Requirements:


• Guest relation orientated, outgoing and smiley.
• Preferably with previous experience as hostess/front office/customer service in busy venues.
• Effective communication skills in English and Arabic or French
