Summary
This role will be responsible for the strategic development, growth, and management of our franchising and brand expansion efforts, contributing to our company's continued success and expansion.
Franchise Strategy
• Develop and implement the overall franchising strategy for the company, aligning it with the business objectives and market trends.
• Identify new franchise opportunities and expansion prospects
Brand Development
• Manage and enhance the brand portfolio, ensuring brand consistency and relevance.
• Oversee the creation of brand guidelines and maintain brand standards.
Franchise Management
• Lead the recruitment and selection of franchisees, overseeing the franchise approval process.
• Provide guidance and support to franchisees, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to brand standards.
Financial Performance
• Monitor and optimize the financial performance of franchise units, with a focus on revenue growth, cost management, and profitability.
Market Expansion
• Identify and evaluate potential new markets for expansion and growth.
• Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements and contracts.
Team Leadership
• Build and lead a high-performing team, providing direction, coaching, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive synergy and ensure a cohesive approach to brand and franchise development
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
