Head Florist

to lead our floral department. Key Responsibilities:

Curate and design stunning floral arrangements tailored to client needs. Manage inventory, sourcing, and cost-effective purchasing of flowers and materials. Provide expert consultation for high-profile clients. Oversee the production process to ensure quality and timely delivery. Maintain a strong commercial sense, optimizing profitability and efficiency. Lead and train the floral team to uphold creative and operational excellence.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a florist, with leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of flowers, seasonality, and design trends. Business acumen with a focus on cost control and profitability. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to manage a team and oversee production workflow.
