Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Florist to lead our team and oversee all aspects of floral design and arrangement in our shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating unique and innovative floral designs that meet client needs while ensuring the highest quality of work and service.
Responsibilities:
• Create and arrange floral designs with creativity and innovation.
• Manage and guide a team of florists, delegating tasks effectively.
• Oversee purchasing operations and ensure the availability of high-quality materials.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and exceed expectations.
• Prepare floral designs for events such as weddings, birthdays, and special occasions.
• Monitor inventory and maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
• Train and develop the skills of the florist team.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in floral design and arrangement.
• Strong creative skills and passion for floral artistry.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of market trends and the latest floral design styles.
