Position Summary:
Head Regional Demand and Supply Emerging Markets EMEA is responsible for forecasting, planning and delivering to support the Local Operating Companies (OpCo). Serve as the Single Point Of Contact between the regional Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IM SC) and the local commercial organization for Emerging Markets cluster, overseeing End to End Supply Chain execution. Drive the development and execution of the local supply chain strategy aligned with commercial/customer needs and Deliver operations. Provide supply chain inputs to shape commercial strategy and enable local business to drive growth. Responsible for aligning the End-to-end Supply Chain strategies to the commercial strategic priorities and influencing portfolio decisions, ensuring alignment with key business functions and strategies. Strong local key stakeholder management ensuring to translate local commercial requirements as well as supply chain constraints. Accountable for working with commercial forecasting teams to oversee demand planning in the cluster, inclusive of Base, Upside, and Downside, (Scenarios) as well as Risks & Opportunities. Accountable for IBP oversight, local STEM management, and Inventory/SLOB for the cluster. Develop and Manage Cluster Supply Chain Scorecard with balanced E2E metric / performance measures.
Principal Responsibilities:
· Communicate, translate and simplify supply chain complexity to the local commercial organization. · DRI for any Commercially relevant supply chain performance management · Lead IBP (Step 2) & Supply Network Planning · Lead the local new product launch process, collaborating with commercial and supply chain teams to ensure local commercial readiness, optimize launch plans and timelines, and manage supply chain launch risks and opportunities. · Accountable to implement SC projects that drive Commercial growth. · Responsible for aligning the End-to-end Supply Chain strategies to the commercial strategic priorities and influencing portfolio decisions, ensuring alignment with key business functions and strategies. · Deployment of product & portfolio strategies to enable business growth · Strong local key stakeholder management ensuring to translate local commercial requirements as well as supply chain constraints · Build close relationship with Local LT to understand: o commercial strategy, o local product lifecycle management, o local forecast drivers and scenario plans o In order to translate all those inputs to upstream supply chain (including supply chain constraints). · Manage the allocation, inventory management, crisis management, stakeholder management and communications for the local Operating Company · Accountable for the overall Emerging Country Cluster Inventory target, OTIFD and Supply Chain Cost to contribute the achievement of the local Commercial business and the IMSC targets. Development, management, and oversight of balanced E2E metric / performance measures and review process.

Principal Relationships:
· Commercial Leader forum and board (senior commercial leaders VP/D2) · The Country Supply Chain lead will work closely with the local Commercial General Manager / VP · Monthly Business Review (MBR) · Local / Regional Demand Planning · He / she is part of the Regional EMEA Supply Chain LT · Liaise across IM SC functions including SCDL, VCL, Global Planning
Key Performance metrics: · Net Inventory Level (Days Of Supply), Forecast accuracy (MAPE-3, Bias), IBP efficiencies, Stock Outs. · OTIFD · On-Time New Product launches (NPI) 100% · Customer Experience score · Credo score · Supply Chain Capital and Supply Chain Running Cost · Supply Chain Sustainability performance · SLOB · Inventory Accuracy / Health (Min/Max) & Inventory Optimization / Improvements
Location:
The position can be based in Beerse, Belgium; Zug, Switzerland; Dubai, UAE. Other European markets with commercial presence can be considered. This role requires 10-30% domestic and international travel as needed.
