Job description Capital Athletics Academy is a sports academy that became the number one sports academy in the sports industry in the Middle East to raise strong youth athletics that will be recognized in the world of sports. We are looking for aHead Basketball coach for the Abu Dhabi Location. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of Basketball sessions at Capital Atheltics locations including coaching curriculum, management collaborations, and related events (League, camps e.c.t). They will also be expected to co-ordinate with different functions of CAA for the day-to-day management of overall operations and provide support to coaching program when required. Main Responsibilities of the Job:
- Ensure sessions are planned across a termly
- Assess players and group them accordingly
- Raise to OM if equipment or kit is nearing completion
- Produce one termly report for every student within the academy
- Organizing and managing holiday camps and delivery in multisport camps
- Risk Assessment for each venue Designing League in a professional basketball standard.
- Ability to recruit coaches when CAA needs
- Create and develop Baksetball programs according to the standards \\
- Preparing exams practically and technically
- Provide data as required for the collation of reports to higher management.
- Improve efficiencies where necessary.
- Development Pathway
- Ensure the established short--, medium and long term competition development goals for CAA Basketball students at every age and basketball executed to the highest level.
- Support in the planning, execution, and continuous evaluation of the basketball program.
- Utilize a high level of technical understanding to support in producing detailed basketball sessions for all ability levels.
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
- Head coaching and Coaching: 5 years (Required)
- English and Biangular languages , Arabic most welcome (Required)
- FIBA, and other Basketball Certificate (Preferred)
- Abu Dhabi (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Basketball Head coaching: 5 years (Required)
- Fluent English Arabic most welcome others (Required)
