We are looking for a Head Chef, who is responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen to deliver an excellent Guest and Team member experience. A Head Chef will also required to ensure that all operational, quality and administrative functions are carried out efficiently. Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities \xc2\xb7 Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings \xc2\xb7 Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages \xc2\xb7 Be fully in charge of managing and training kitchen staff \xc2\xb7 Oversee the work of subordinates \xc2\xb7 Maintain records of payroll and attendance \xc2\xb7 Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Requirements and skills \xc2\xb7 5 years experience as Head Chef \xc2\xb7 Exceptional proven ability in kitchen management \xc2\xb7 Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress \xc2\xb7 Outstanding communication and leadership skills \xc2\xb7 Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes \xc2\xb7 Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS) \xc2\xb7 Credentials in health and safety training \xc2\xb7 HACCP Knowledge Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED5,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
