Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume kitchen or catering environment.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Creativity and a passion for staying abreast of culinary trends.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Develop and execute innovative menus.
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff.
  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments.
  • Ensure quality control and cost management.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
