We're seeking a qualified candidate to oversee our central kitchen operations as commissary Head Chef. Someone to ensure the team member are following the recipe and he should developing production schedules, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety, managing inventory, and more. Responsibilities: * Develop, plan, and organize production schedules to meet demand and optimize efficiency. * Supervise and train kitchen staff. * Prepare production team schedules. * Assist in product development and ensure necessary ingredients and equipment are available. * Monitor food production for consistency and quality adherence. * Implement and maintain food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines. * Manage inventory levels and ordering of ingredients. * Monitor deliveries and dispatch of items from the central kitchen. * Coordinate food deliveries to store branches. * Conduct daily quality control checks on food items. * Collaborate with procurement to source high-quality ingredients and supplies. * Recommend and update recipes, menus, and production processes for efficiency. * Resolve production-related issues. * Analyze production metrics and identify areas for improvement. * Control food waste and prepare weekly food cost reports. * Coordinate with operations manager regarding requirements, deliveries, complaints, and other issues.
