Responsibilities

Ensuring that all food is prepared to high quality and presentation standards. Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality. Collaborating with the front-of-house team to create innovative and visually appealing menu offerings that meet customer needs and preferences. Manage kitchen staff and train them as needed. Skills Effective communication with both kitchen staff and front-of-house staff, as well as with customers. Deep understanding of different flavor profiles, ingredient combinations, and food pairings to create unique dishes. Clear and concise communication to ensure that all staff members understand their roles and responsibilities. Knowledgeable in different cooking techniques, such as grilling, baking, and frying, to cook different dishes to perfection. #J-18808-Ljbffr
