- Head Chef for Thailand Town Restaurant (Based in FUJAIRAH, UAE)

We are looking for a professional Head Chef to join our team at Thailand Town, a premium Asian & Thai restaurant located in fujairah, United Arab Emirates.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be able to work in Fujairah, UAE.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Head Chef in a 5-star restaurant or hotel.
• Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written).
• Expertise in ASIAN cuisine, especially premium seafood dishes.
• Creativity in menu development and the ability to present innovative plating styles suitable for a high-end restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and oversee the kitchen team efficiently.
• Compliance with international hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality food and service standards.
