Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes
• Design and create innovative menus specializing in Arabian and International cuisine
• Ensure consistency and quality in every dish
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Manage kitchen inventory and ordering of supplies
• Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar senior culinary role
• Expertise in Arabian and International cuisine
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
