We are seeking a creative and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create innovative menus that delight our guests.Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation and presentation. Develop and design menus that reflect the restaurant\'s concept and meet customer expectations. Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Control food costs and minimize waste. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and recipes. Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues related to food quality or service. Requirements:Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role. Culinary degree or equivalent training. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent culinary skills and creativity in menu planning. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
