We are a Healthy Meal Plan Company and we are looking for An Executive Chef, or Head Chef, who will be responsible for overseeing kitchen staff and ensuring the quality of food items. The Head Chef duties include hiring and training staff to cook their dishes, expediting orders to maintain a steady flow of dishes and creating dishes to add to the menu. REQUIREMENTS: - Hotel Management degree/ certificate (REQUIRED) - proven experience in catering/ Meal Plan organisation (REQUIRED) - Administration/ excel/ inventory familiar - suppliers ordering - Healthy food knowledge (macros, portioning etc) ( REQUIRED) - Continental cuisine knowledge (REQUIRED) - food safety/ hygiene certificates (REQUIRED) - Managerial skills/ team leader - food watch registration knowledge Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
