We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team, managing bulk food preparation, and ensuring the highest quality of dishes, particularly in Indian Cuisine. • Oversee the entire culinary operation, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.

• Create and update menus to reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving kitchen efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Monitor food costs and labor expenses to meet budgetary goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Hindi/Urdu is essential for effective communication with kitchen staff.
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar leadership role in a catering background.
• Demonstrated expertise in Indian Cuisine, with a deep understanding of traditional cooking techniques and authentic flavors.
• Ability to manage bulk food preparation while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A culinary degree or certification is preferred, but not required.
• A passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
