About the job Job Summary: We are searching for an experienced Head Chef to join the team. He will be responsible for planning and creating the menu, hiring, and training kitchen staff, collaborating with restaurant management, optimizing team productivity, and being ready to give a hand to help wherever needed. To be successful in this position, you should have excellent leadership skills with experience managing a team of kitchens with diverse nationalities in high work demands. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in a similar position Language: Arabic, English, Turkish Proven track record of experience, leadership and managerial skills is required; In-depth knowledge of food principles and best practices. Excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and a good influence on the team. Attention to details; Job Role: Ensuring that all dishes meet the highest quality standards and is served on time with a great and fresh and creative presentation. Planning the menu and designing the plating presentation for each dish / Menu variation; Maintains and enforces all sanitation, safety, and security rules and procedures. Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes and ensure that they meet the our standards for taste, quality, and presentation; Manage inventory levels and ensure that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available for daily operations. Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure that it is functioning correctly and maintained in accordance with safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and ensure that food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Possess the ability to quickly and authoritatively delegate job tasks to a large staff Trains and supervises a team with their culinary skills; encourages their growth and development; Planning and directing food preparation in a kitchen; Creating and supervising the schedules and shifts for the kitchen staff; Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards; Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
