English Upper-Intermediate or above Experience in Industrial or Hotel Catering (10 years) Experience in hot and cold kitchens, food wastage control, and food costs. Qualifications in approved Catering and must hold HACCP course Level 3. Preference for institution or diploma in hotel, Catering, and hospitality.
