We are dedicated to providing our guests with an unforgettable dining experience and are looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. You will manage kitchen staff, develop menu items, and ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of kitchen operations. Develop and update the restaurant's menu with creative and appealing dishes. Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff. Maintain inventory and order kitchen supplies efficiently. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Manage kitchen budgets and control food costs. Collaborate with management to develop and implement new menus and specials. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to kitchen staff. Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role. Culinary degree or equivalent experience. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creativity and passion for cooking. In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
