To prepare the required food items and make sure to follow the Operational Restaurant Standard.
• Responsible on creating new dishes
• Minimize waste by controlling the product ordering, proper storage in refrigeration and proper inventory
• Manage all aspects of the kitchen including operational, quality, and administrative functions
• Experience in Italian Cuisine is an advantage
• Must have working experience in a fine dining restaurant
• Regularly checks and prepares stock needed.
• To assist the Head Chef and support the menu planning.
• Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
• Cleaning and sanitation procedures at all times are needed
• Responsible for storing food products in the designated area.
• Knowledge of the products & cooking methods.
• Can work under pressure with supervision
• Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
• More: 2 years (Preferred)
