Job Title: Head Chef (Arabic, Mediterranean, and Levantine Cuisine)
Location: Sharjah, UAE (Willing to relocate or travel)

Concept:
An exciting new Mediterranean fine dining restaurant in the UAE, blending Middle Eastern flavors with innovative techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine menus, focusing on high-quality, innovative dishes.
• Lead and manage kitchen staff, ensuring ongoing training and development.
• Oversee procurement, inventory management, and supplier relations.
• Ensure exceptional food preparation, taste, and presentation.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage kitchen budgets, optimizing food and labor costs.
• Collaborate with management to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef with at least 5 years of experience.
• Expertise in Arabic, Mediterranean, and Levantine cuisine.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Creative culinary skills with a passion for innovation.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Culinary degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Flexibility and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
