Job Title: Head Chef - Waterpark Food & Beverage Operations

We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our food service operations across multiple dining venues within our waterpark. The ideal candidate will combine culinary excellence with strong operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all culinary operations across multiple food outlets, including restaurants, snack bars, and catering services Develop and implement innovative menus that cater to diverse customer preferences while considering the waterpark environment Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene Control food costs, inventory, and waste management while maintaining quality standards Collaborate with the procurement team to maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure quality ingredients Work with the marketing team on food-related promotions and special events Manage kitchen budgets and cost controls to maintain profitability

Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of culinary experience with at least 3 years in a senior kitchen management role Experience in high-volume food service operations, preferably in hospitality or entertainment venues Formal culinary education or equivalent professional certification Strong knowledge of international cuisines and dietary requirements Excellent team leadership and communication skills Proven track record in menu development and food cost management Understanding of UAE food safety regulations and HACCP principles Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying schedules

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
