Responsibilities:
• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Develop and execute creative menus that showcase traditional and contemporary Indian dishes.
• Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Monitor food inventory and manage ordering to minimize waste and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with management to plan special events and seasonal menus.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a luxury fine dining setting.
• Expertise in Indian cuisine with a deep understanding of spices, flavors, and cooking techniques.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
