The Role
Position Title: Head Chef Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 11K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: An Italian cafe and restaurant along the shores of Abu Dhabi. : o Lead culinary team and collaborate with the management in menu development and innovation. o Manage kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and efficient workflow. o Mentor and supervise kitchen staff, scheduling and training as needed to maintain high standards. o Maintain consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation, addressing customer feedback. o Collaborate with front-of-house staff, communicate effectively with management, and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
