Participate in the formulation of the central operation strategy and finalization of targets / Budgets.
Design and implement centralised process hub to streamline and rationalize business process
Operate control self-assessment to test efficiency of controls and their effective implementations
Design and implement quality policy and business process to drive a culture of continuous improvement
Measure and reduce risk footprint by superior process design
Drive improvement in productivity and efficiency in the back office and branch support.
Manage and reduce cost to support business process by use of such as automation, offshoring, and BPO techniques
Manage and maintain adherence to regulatory and legal requirements operated by Central Operations.
Drive customer satisfaction initiatives
Design and implement project management office process to ensure business projects are managed and support stakeholders in effective decision making
Liaison and maintain relations with relevant Stakeholders / vendors / partners involved in Central Operation and Business projects
Support projects with implementation in consultation with respective project owner
Job RequirementsQualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree with MBA
Experience
Minimum 10 years\' experience in a financial organization or a well reputed bank
