Job Description

We're looking for a proactive Head Barista to join our team and deliver exceptional coffee experiences in a welcoming and cozy environment in Al Rahmaniya, Sharjah.

Only candidates who can reliably commute to or relocate near Al Rahmaniya, Sharjah, will be considered. The closest area to the job location is Al Yasmeen, Ajman

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee to the highest standards.
• Train and mentor the barista team.
• Engage with customers and share your coffee expertise.
• Manage inventory and ensure equipment maintenance.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of barista experience in the UAE.
• SCA certification is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Passionate about coffee with strong leadership abilities.
