Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the coffee bar, ensuring quality and consistency. Train and mentor baristas in coffee preparation and customer service. Create and maintain a positive and energetic work environment. Develop and implement new coffee recipes and seasonal drinks. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Barista, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
