Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty creations, following established recipes and standards. - Assist customers in selecting food items and accurately handle orders, ensuring prompt and friendly service. - Serve food items and beverages to customers in a timely manner, maintaining presentation standards and adhering to food safety guidelines. - Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and other customer areas regularly to provide a clean and inviting environment. - Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including processing food and beverage orders. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive work environment. - Stay informed about food and beverage offerings, promotions, and special events to effectively engage with customers and drive sales. Qualifications: - Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred. - Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso extraction and milk steaming. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow. - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
