Job Description
The Head Barista is responsible for managing all aspects of the coffee preparation and service within a cafe. This includes leading the barista team, ensuring high-quality coffee production, maintaining equipment, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves training new baristas, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Must have head barista experience in U.A.E
Job is in Al Ain based & it's full time.
